Adyar Bookshop

The Theosophical Publishing House runs a well-stocked bookshop adjacent to the main gate of the Estate.  In addition to Theosophical books by authors such as H.P. Blavatsky, Annie Besant, C.W. Leadbeater, I.K. Taimni, N. Sri Ram, it also offers books from other publishing houses on religion, yoga, mysticism, philosophy, Indology, mythology; well-known authors such as J. Krishnamurti, Ramana Maharshi and Sri Aurobindo; plus many magazines, postcards and photographs.
