It is the International Yoga Day and the TS in Adyar has a programme on holistic health and graceful ageing, targeted to residents and workers at Adyar, but open as always.

Dr Roja Gurumoorthy (Naturopathy and Yogic Scienes) and Dr Chari.

Simple streches, mudras, pranayama would be taught during the programme.

Tea at 3.30 to 3.50am at the Adyar Theatre.
