INVITATION FROM THE TS IN RUSSIA
Dear friends!
On the 19th and 20th of November, 2022 the Theosophical Society in Russia invites you to the annual Congress, devoted to the 147th anniversary of the foundation of the TS.
The status of the event is All-Russian, with international participation.
At the Congress we discuss relevant theosophical topics, hold round tables and creative programs.
The event will combine two formats: in-person participation (Moscow, Izmailovo Alfa Hotel) and online participation in Zoom.
The Congress will be broadcast through the Internet, our speakers will give talks online and our participants will be able to take part in the discussions through the Internet.
"The Nature of Thought. Mindful Thinking."
Homo sapiens, Manu, Man – these and other appellations, coming from ancient times, indicate that which distinguishes us from the lower realms of nature and makes the human being what it is. The work of our thought creates the world's Noosphere and determines the content of our lives each and every day. By this creative force every moment we build ourselves and decide what our future will be. Comprehension of the nature of thought, development of mindfulness of thinking are an indispensable necessity for progress on the immortal evolutionary Path.
We gather together to better understand who we are, to exchange our questions and answers, our ideas and discoveries in the atmosphere of unity and friendship, to take a step forward in self-knowledge, and thereby to make us more beneficial to ourselves, our loved ones, and the world we live in.
Participation in the Congress of TS Russia is an opportunity to hear some of the leading speakers of the Theosophical Society and to get acquainted with Russian Theosophical thought and Russian theosophists.
The guest speakers this year are:
International President of the Theosophical Society, Tim Boyd (USA)
Angeles Torra Buron (Spain)
Vicente Hao Chin, Jr (Philippines)
Isis Resende (Brazil).
Admission to the event is free. Online registration is not necessary.
We will be happy to receive welcoming words from you personally or from the Theosophical Society of your country. They will be read out at the opening.
