The world we live in today is undoubtedly more comfortable and connected than it was a few decades ago. Yet, paradoxically, we seem to be carrying far more stress.
Somewhere along the way, Growth, Success and Happiness have become intertwined. We are constantly encouraged to grow, achieve more, earn more, possess more and become more successful—with the assumption that happiness will naturally follow.
But does it?
Today, sustainability is often discussed in terms of carbon footprints, climate change and environmental regulations. But long before these concepts became popular, ancient civilizations had evolved ways of living in harmony with nature. This talk will explore those timeless principles and examine how they can guide us in meeting the environmental challenges of our times.

Today, we see an interesting contrast: many youngsters want to retire early, while those nearing retirement wish to work longer. Both are searching for the same thing—freedom, relevance, and meaning.

We are delighted to share that the next program in our Wisdom for Living Series will be held on 24th January. We will have Dr. Aswathy Rajan speaking on the thought-provoking theme “Lessons We Can Learn from Nature.” Nature has always been our greatest teacher, and Dr. Aswathy will gently guide us in understanding how its wisdom can enrich our daily lives.
